Day 5- Always trying to make the most of what I have...

I’m about to get on this massage table of mine, do my stretching and strengthening exercises (active isolated stretching… thanks to the Whartons), make myself a good meal, take a shower, work on my script, eat some lunch, head to Harlem for a meeting with my friend April Dinwoodie about the movement of Imagine Judith, and make my way back home to make a good dinner, reflect, review and plan.

A good day ahead. A day off from running, a hopefully productive day, a day to allow my body to heal and rejuvenate, my mind to expand, receive and rest, trying to live my best life, and to be continued….
